摘要
高职人才培养制度包括从国家到地方到学校,从招生到就业,从校园文化到学生生活等有关技术技能人才成长的方方面面的制度、规则。经过二十多年的实践探索与发展积累,基本形成了高职人才培养制度。但在加快发展现代职业教育新形势下,高职人才培养制度仍不适应发展需要,迫切需要找准问题,思考应对之策,加强高职人才培养制度建设。文章就高职人才培养制度从国家、地方政府、学校三个层面查找了主要问题,分析了产生原因,提出了对策建议。
Higher vocational talents training system includes systems and rules ranging from national to local schools ,from recruitment to employment ,from campus culture to students’ life ,etc .After more than 30 years of exploration and practice ,the higher vocational talents training system has almost been set up .But under the new situation of accelerating the de‐velopment of modern vocational education ,the higher vocational talents training system can not meet the needs of society development yet .There is an urgent need to identify the prob‐lems ,come up with the coping strategies ,and strengthen the system construction .Focusing on the higher vocational talents training system , this article analyses the major problems from the state ,local governments and schools ,and puts forward countermeasures .
