58例老年导管相关性血液感染患者的临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 随着现代医学的快速发展,中心静脉置管术广泛应用于静脉输液、静脉营养、中心静脉压监测、血液透析及介入治疗等各个领域,尤其在老年病医院及其他医院的重症监护病房及肿瘤病房中使用更为广泛,已成为抢救病人及减少患者穿刺痛苦的重要治疗手段。但随之而来的导管相关性血液感染率明显增高,导管相关性血液感染已成为院内感染的重点之一,也是导致病人死亡率增加,预后差的重要因素[1]。为了解老年患者导管相关性菌血症的临床、
