摘要
病原生物学是高职高专医学院校护理专业的一门重要的基础课程。在综合分析我国医学院校病原生物学教学现状的基础上,本文尝试以TBL教学模式对高职高专护理专业病原生物学教学工作进行改革创新,并以本校护理专科班为实验对象进行了教学实践验证,实践结果表明,TBL教学模式有助于充分调动学生自主学习的积极性,同时有利于培养学生团队协作意识和能力,是一种先进可行的科学教学模式。
Pathogen biology is an important basic course in nursing at medical vocational colleges and universities. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the state of instruction in pathogen biology at universities of China, this paper de scribes an attempt through TBL to revise and invigorate the teaching of pathogen biology to students majoring in nursing at a medical vocational college. This approach was implemented for a nursing class at this college. Results indicated that TBL instruction can help to encourage students" motivation to learn independently and to foster teamwork and the ability to work in teams. Students taught conventionally had an average score of 83.37 points on exams while students taught using TBL had an average score of 85.48, so students taught using TBL performed better overall. Results of a survey indicated that 80% of the students taught using TBL accepted and favored that approach. TBL is an advanced, scientific, and feasi ble method of instruction.
