摘要
目的 探讨人性化护理干预对提高肺癌化疗患者生活质量的作用。方法 100例2014年1月-2015年1月入选的肺癌患者根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组和对照组两组,每组各50例,对照组予常规护理,包括体温、血压测定,干预组行人性化护理。比较两组的SAS评分、SDS评分以及两组的疼痛情况、生活质量改善情况。结果 干预前,干预组与对照组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义;干预8周后,干预组的SAS评分（34.91±12.11）分、干预组的SDS评分（37.97±10.12）分,分别与对照组干预后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组与对照组患者的轻微疼痛比率、中度疼痛比率、严重疼痛比率组间比较,差异无统计学意义;但干预组剧烈疼痛比率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（24.0%vs 52.0%,P〈0.05）。干预组与对照组患者生活质量中的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体生活质量、疲劳、恶心呕吐、疼痛、呼吸困难、睡眠紊乱、食欲下降、便秘、腹泻、经济费用压力各项评分分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人性化护理干预有利于缓解肺癌化疗患者的负性心理,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the role of humanistic nursing interventions to improve the quality of life of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer. Methods 100 patients with lung cancer from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and according to the different nursing methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, including body temperature measurement and blood pressure measurement, and the intervention group received humanistic nursing. The scores of SAS, SDS, pain and life quality improvements of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there were not significant differences in comparing SAS score and SDS score of patients in the intervention group and the control group. 8 weeks after intervention, the SAS score of the intervention group was（34.91±12.11） points, and the SDS score of the intervention group was（37.97±10.12） points. There were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Mild pain ratio, moderate pain ratio and severe pain ratio of patients in the intervention group and the control group between the two groups were compared, and the differences were not significant. However,severe pain ratio in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was significant difference（24.0% vs 52.0%, P〈0.05）. The scores of life quality, including physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, the overall quality of life, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, pain, breathing difficulties, sleep disturbances, decreased appetite, constipation, diarrhea and the economic costs pressure of patients in the intervention group and the control group were compared respectively, and there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanistic nursing interventions can help alleviate negative psychological of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
