摘要
以改善锂电池组在使用过程中因单体电池差异性而造成过充过放现象为目的 ,设计了一种简单高效的锂电池组均衡管理方案。在均衡电路上,采用能量非耗散型电路结构,以功率电感作为能量传递媒介来实现电能在电池单体间的双向转移;在控制策略上,将单体锂电池开路电压和工作电压作为均衡变量,以电压极差作为不一致性评价指标,分别建立适用于锂电池组充电与放电阶段的均衡控制策略。实验结果表明,该方案能够有效地改善电池组的不一致性。
This paper proposes a simple and efficient equalization management method for improving the problems of over-charge,over-discharge and other adverse effects caused by the differences of individual performance in lithium power battery pack.In equalization circuit,selected the power inductance as energy transfer medium to realize the transfer of power between the battery monomer; In control strategy,the single lithium battery's open circuit voltage and closed circuit voltage were chosen as the balancing variables,and voltage range was introduced here as the evaluation indicator of cell imbalance.The establishment of control strategy is suitable for the different state of the lithium batteries. The experimental result shows that the equalization method can effectively improve the battery packs in the course of inconsistency.
