静息态功能磁共振成像在帕金森病中应用的研究进展 被引量:4

Advances of resting-state functional MRI in Parkinson's disease

摘要 过去几十年来神经影像技术的发展提供了许多对帕金森病相关的大脑结构性和功能性的改变的认识。其中静息态功能磁共振(RS-f MRI)是利用磁共振采集大脑静息状态下血氧水平依赖(BOLD)的低频(0.1 Hz以下)自发活动,其作为一项无创的功能影像技术已被广泛应用于帕金森病的早期诊断、病情监测、疗效评估以及合并情感认知障碍的研究,进而有可能为帕金森病运动与非运动症状的病理机制及诊断提供依据。本文对帕金森病的RS-f MRI研究进行综述,旨在为帕金森病发病机制的进一步研究提供参考。 Advances in neuroimaging science have provided more and more knowledge about the brain structural and functional changes in Parkinson ′s disease.Resting-state functional MRI is based on lowfrequencyspontaneous fluctuations in the blood -oxygenation-level-dependent signal when an individual is atresting state.And it has been widely used in early diagnosis ,disease monitoring,efficacy assessment andcomorbid emotional and cognitive disorders in Parkinson ′s disease as a noninvasive imaging method.Thisarticle aimed to provide a reference to the mechanism of Parkinson ′s disease.
