Research Progress of Muscle Fatigue and Chronic Low Back Pain

摘要 慢性腰痛是骨科及康复学科常见的肌肉骨骼疾病,有关肌肉疲劳的研究有助于认识慢性腰痛的发病机制。腰部肌肉长期处于疲劳状态可导致慢性损伤,易疲劳性增加,肌肉耐力下降,最终可能导致腰痛。目前多采用表面肌电图研究慢性腰痛患者腰部肌肉功能的改变及慢性腰痛与肌肉疲劳之间的关系。 Chronic low back pain is a kind of common musculoskeletal disease in orthopedics department and rehabilitation subject, related study of muscle fatigue is helpful to understand pathogenesis of chronic low back pain. The long-term fatigue of waist muscles can lead to chronic injury, in-creasing fatigue and decreasing muscle endurance, which may eventually bring about low back pain. Surface electromyography is used to study the waist muscle function changes of patients with chronic low back pain and the relationship between chronic low back pain and muscle fatigue at pres-ent.
