益智活血汤对缺血性脑卒中恢复期神经、肢体运动及认知功能的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Yizhi Huoxue decoction on nerve,body movement and cognitive functions of patients in ischemic stroke recovery stage

摘要 目的探讨益智活血汤对缺血性脑卒中恢复期神经、肢体运动及认知功能的影响。方法收集2014年5月~2015年3月期间我院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者共114例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各57例;对照组予吡拉西坦片治疗,研究组予益智活血汤治疗,比较两组治疗前后NFD、FMA、MMSE、WMS评分。结果研究组与对照组治疗后NFD评分与治疗前比较明显降低,FMA、MMSE、WMS评分与治疗前比较均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组治疗后NFD评分低于对照组,FMA、MMSE、WMS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者用益智活血汤治疗可使神经功能恢复,肢体运动功能及认知功能改善。疗效显著,可在临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the influence of Yizhi huoxue decoction on the nerve, body movement and cogni- tive functions of patients in the ischemic stroke recovery stage. Methods A total of 114 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with 57 patients in the control group and the study group respectively. The control group was given piracetam treatment and the study group was given Yizhi huoxue decoction treatment. The NFD, FMA, MMSE and WMS scores of the two groups were compared. Results The NFD scores of the study group and the control group reduced significantly after treatment compared to those before treatment, and FMA, MMSE and WMS scores increased significantly com- pared to those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P〈0.05). After treatment, the study group was lower than the control group in the NFD score, but was higher than the control group in the FMA, MMSE and WMS scores, with statistically significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion For the patients in the ischemic stroke recovery stage, the application of yizhi huoxue decoction treatment can restore nerve function and improve body movement func- tion and cognitive function, which shows remarkable efficacy and can be clinically promoted and used.
