摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定复方鱼腥草合剂中绿原酸、黄芩苷和汉黄芩素的含量,为中药复方中多成分检测寻求可行的方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:0.8 ml·min-1,检测波长:275 nm。绿原酸、黄芩苷和汉黄芩素与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离。结果绿原酸、黄芩苷和汉黄芩素的线性范围分别为1.96~39.1μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)、6.25~124.9μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)、0.26~5.24μg·ml-1(r=0.9998)。方法回收率均〉98%。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,能排除其他成分的干扰,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid ,baicalin and wogonin in compound Yuxincao mixture. Methods Shim-pack VP-ODS(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid solution by gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 8 ml·min - 1. The detection wavelength was 275 nm. Chlorogenic acid, baicalin and wogonin could be completely separated from interfacing impurity peaks. Results This HPLC method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 1.96 - 39.1 μp·ml-1( r =0.9999) for ehlorogenic acid,6.25 - 124.9 p,g·ml-1 ( r =0. 9999) for baicalin,and 0. 26 -5.24 μg·ml-l(r = 0. 9998)for wogonin. The recovery of the four components was above 98%. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and with a good reproducibility,which can be used for quality control of the granules.
