齿轮传动系统故障诊断方法研究综述 被引量:4

摘要 针对国内外近年来在齿轮传动系统故障诊断领域的研究成果,基于不同数据源进行了分类总结,剖析了常用的振动、油液等分析方法的优势与不足。对振动信号处理中的传统与现代方法进行了评析;同时总结了基于能量视角的故障诊断方法的研究现状和技术特点,说明了能量与振动信号之间的密切关系。通过挖掘能量信号所隐含的故障特征,可以开展有效的能量信号非线性处理方法研究,形成一种新型的面向齿轮等旋转设备的故障诊断方法。 In accordance with the research achievements in gear transmission system fault diagnosis field of worldwide,and based on different diagnostic data source,the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used analysis methods,such as vibration analysis or oil analysis are dissected,and the traditional and modern methods in vibration signal processing are evaluated; in addition,the current status of research and technical features of the fault diagnostic methods based on energy perspective are summarized,the close relationship between energy and vibration signal is described. It is commented that through excavating the implied fault characteristics of energy signal,the study of effective nonlinear processing method for energy signal can be conducted,to form a new type of fault diagnostic method suitable for rotating equipment including gears,etc.
