摘要
本科生导师制产生于14世纪的英国牛津大学。20世纪初,在推行学分制的过程中,以哈佛大学为代表的美国高校也引入了本科生导师制。20世纪80年代,中国高校开始实行学分制,本科生导师制随之发展起来。当前,中国高校本科生导师制存在定位不明确,没有形成统一规范;精英培养与大众教育之间的矛盾;缺少文化土壤,各方认同度不同;运行机制缺失,配套制度不完善的问题。因此,应对本科生导师制准确定位,明确导师职责;加强宣传,提高本科生导师制的认同;创新方式,加强师生互动,提升指导效果;完善本科生导师制的运行机制和相关制度。
Undergraduate tutorial system came into being in Oxford University in Britain in the14 th century. In the early 20 th century,American Universities represented by Harvard University introduced undergraduate tutorial system in the process of implementation of credit system. In the 1980 s,Chinese universities began to implement credit system,and then undergraduate tutorial system developed.At present,the undergraduate tutorial system of Chinese universities still has some problems,such as unclear orientation,lack of unified standard,contradiction between elite culture and mass education,lack of cultural environment,different recognized degree,deficient operation mechanism,defective relevant system. Therefore,undergraduate tutorial system should be positioned accurately to definite tutor's responsibilities,increase publicity,enhance reorganization degree,innovate method,strengthen interaction between tutors and students,promote effect of guidance,and improve operation mechanism and system.
