摘要
有关空球氧化铝的制备较为少见,目前只能通过合理控制水解效率实现油相粘度变小,与此同时制备空球氧化铝的温度大都集中到1200~1400℃。通过工艺优化在800℃左右可以实现空心球氧化铝的制备,有利于工艺优化。
Current research on the preparation process of alumina hollow ball is rare. Decreasing oil phase viscosity can only be achieved by reasonable control of the hydrolysis efficiency, while the preparation temperature of alumina hollow ball is always controlled between 1 200~1 400 ℃.In this paper, the preparation process was optimized to realize the preparation of alumina hollow ball at 800 ℃.
