摘要
目的利用3D技术定量评价透明质酸在中面部年轻化中的效果。方法对30例睑袋伴有皮肤松垂及泪槽沟、眶颧沟、颊中沟明显的患者进行透明质酸治疗,治疗前、后进行3D扫描,应用MIMICS系统测量颧颊部横面弧(D—B—E)和冠状面弧(A—B—C)半径。结果本组30例患者注射后较注射前,D.B.E弧和A—B—C弧半径平均增加6.8mm和3.0mm,治疗前后差异均有统计学意义。术后6个月随访时,仍维持填充后即刻效果。结论透明质酸用于中面部衰老的治疗,可以改善颧颊部形态,改善面部轮廓的柔顺度,是一种可以推广的微创技术。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the effect of hyaluronic acid on midfacial rejuvenation using 3D scanning. Methods Thirty cases with wide and loose skin under eyes, which led to obvious lacrimal sulcus, orbit zygomatic ditch and buceal sulcus, were treated with hyaluronic acid injections. 3D scanning was performed before and after the treatments and MIMICS was used to measure the radius of curvature of cross sec- tion and coronal section of malar. Results Compared with pre-injection, the radius of curvature of cross sec- tion and coronal section of malar increased 6.8 mm and 3.0 mm in average after injection, respectively. The increase was statistically significant. Conclusion Hyaluronic acid injection is effective in treating zygomatic cheek shape and facial contours. It is a minimally invasive technique that may be repeated and popularized.
