摘要
目的：探讨分析造成中药注射剂不良反应的常见原因，为制定预防措施提供参考。方法选择我院自2013年6月～2015年6月上报的127例中药注射剂不良反应作为研究对象，利用Excel表进行统计，分析引起中药注射剂吧不良反应的原因并提出防范措施。结果127例中药注射剂药物不良反应（Advers drug reactions ADR）主要发生在给药30min内（63.78%），以皮肤损害为主，占38.55%，且多数能在停药后自行恢复（65.35%）。引起中药注射剂ADR的常见愿意包括中药注射剂质量、临床使用情况、患者因素及药物研究等多个方面。结论加强对中药注射剂的管理要从基础研究、临床使用及上市后在再评价等方面综合着手，从而减少中药注射剂给患者带来的健康损害。
ObjectiveTo investigate the common causes of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections,and to provide reference for making preventive measures.MethodsIn our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 report of 127 cases of traditional Chinese medicine injections of adverse drug reactions（ADR） as the research object,using the excel table statistics,analyze the cause of traditional Chinese medicine injections,adverse reactions and puts forward preventive measures.Results 127 cases of Chinese medicine injection of ADR mainly occurred in the 30min （63.78%）,the skin damage,accounting for 38.55%,and most of the patients can recover after stopping （65.35%）.he common causes of ADR of Chinese traditional medicine injection include the quality,clinical use,patient factors and drug research.Conclusion To strengthen the management of traditional Chinese medicine injections to from basic research,clinical use and listed in the re evaluation of comprehensive start,thereby reducing the traditional Chinese medicine injections to patients health damage.
