摘要
通过化学成分、导电性能、力学性能、超声波探伤及微观组织多方面的测试得出:CuNiCoBe铜合金材料内部存在的疏松或缩孔缺陷是导致压铸模开裂的主要原因。通过改变熔炼浇注参数,消除了疏松和缩孔的出现,并增加了模具加工前的超声波探伤,尽量避免将有缺陷的CuNiCoBe铜合金材料模具应用到压铸的生产中。
By various testing and analysis of chemical composition, electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, ultrasonic testing and microstructure, it can be obtained that the shrinkage or cavities internal defect are the main reason for causing the crack of CuNiCoBe copper alloy die casting. The porosity and shrinkages were eliminated by changing the parameters of the melting and pouring, and the ultrasonic inspection was added before mold machining, which was benefit to avoid CuNiCoBe copper alloy die-casting with defects used in production.
