摘要
为简便快速地设计复杂的角联锁结构,对该结构进行描述与分析,发现其经纱浮沉存在一定的规律性,即只需给出第1根经纱在每列纬纱中的纬浮点个数就可获得其结构图。利用此规律,提出一种简单有效的方法设计不同的角联锁结构。这种方法是通过数字排列来设计多层角联锁结构示意图。并分析了其需满足的基本条件,进而得出n层实口角联锁有2n-2种设计方法。在实口角联锁结构设计方法的基础上,得到空口角联锁结构与共纬角联锁结构的设计方法。实践证明,这种方法借助于CAD绘图软件使复杂的角联锁结构设计变得简单快捷。
In order to design complicated structure of angle-interlock rapidly and simply, the structure was described and analyzed in this paper, and it was shown that a certain regularity existed between warps. Namely, structure diagrams were achieved just based on the numbers of weft over warp for the first warp above the line of weft. According to the regularity, a simple and effective method was put forward to design angle-interlock fabrics of different structures. It is concluded that the structure diagram of the multi-layer of fabric was designed by digital arrangement, and basic conditions to be satisfied were described. 2n -2 methods were further found to design basic angle-interlock fabrics of n layers. Above this, the design method was put forward. It has been proved that the new method makes the design of angle-interlock woven fabrics simpler and faster with the aid of CAD drawing software.
