摘要
随着计算机技术的广泛应用,发动机油底壳的设计沿着轻量化与低成本的方向发展。运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS平台下的ATOM优化模块对油底壳进行了优化设计。通过优化计算可得,优化后的最大应力(102.6 MPa)小于材料的屈服极限(355 MPa),而体积减小到优化前的70%,能使油底壳在满足刚度和耐久性要求的同时,实现轻量化。该优化方法在机械产品设计中具有很好的使用价值。
With the wide application of computer technology, light weight and low cost is the trend of engine oil pan development. Oil pan has been optimized by using ATOM optimization module of FEA software ABAQUS. By optimizing calculation, the maximum stress (102.6 MPa) is lowered compared with material's yield limit (355 MPa), and the volume is reduced to 70%, realizing weight reduction in the case of meeting the requirements of rigidity and durability. This method will provide valuable application in design of mechanical products.
