摘要
运用优化设计和Matlab/GUI仿真技术确定了牛头刨床六杆机构的最优尺寸,以达到工作效率值最大化.首先,采用封闭矢量法对六杆机构进行运动学分析,建立追求机构行程速比系数最大化的数学模型,然后利用Matlab/GUI和C语言中的外点罚函数法对优化后的机构进行仿真.结果表明,优化后的刨头在工作行程中加速度峰值提升了54%,空行程时间减少了32%,可以提高刨床的工作效率.
Optimization and Matlab/ GUI simulation technology are integrated to determine the optimal size of six-bar shaper mech-anism to achieve the maximized efficiency. At first,the kinematic analysis of six-bar mechanism of shaper is conducted with the vector analytic method. Then,the mathematical model of optimization is established to aim at seeking to maximize the time ratio of institu-tions. At last,a simulation for the optimized six-bar mechanism is performed with Matlab/ GUI and the external penalty function method based on C. The results show that the performance of plough head is improved evidently:the maximum of acceleration is increased by 54% ,the non-working stroke is shortened by 32% . The work efficiency of the planer is improved.
