生物质发电机组停机制约因素及优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对生物质机组运行周期短的问题及生物质发电技术安全生产薄弱的现状,结合15 MW机组多年运行经验,总结了生物质机组频繁停机的制约因素,并根据近3 a的机组运行试验提出了优化措施及优化建议。结果表明:1制约生物质发电机组安全运行的主要因素有上料系统堵料(30%)、振动炉排水冷壁连接弯管(15%)、电气系统易受电网冲击(15%)、燃料不足(14%)、省煤器泄漏和积灰(10%)等;2针对各个因素提出通过设备治理、系统优化、改良操作等具体解决方案后,停机次数大大降低,其中,堵料停机减少12次,燃料不足停机减少7次,水冷壁泄漏停机减少4次,省煤器泄漏停机减少3次,电网冲击停机减少14次。 In order to solve the short operation period,we pointed the status of the biomass power generation technology which was weak. The restricting factors of frequently shut down was concluded,combined with years of operating experience of 15 MW unit. And the prevention method was put forward for unit operation test in recent 3 years. The results showed that:①The restricting factors of safety operation of biomass power generation unit are mainly:the feeding system of plugging materials (30%); water cooled wall connection bend vibration furnace (15%); electrical system vulnerable to grid Impact (15%);the shortage of fuel (14%); economizer leakage and ash (10%) etc.②Through equipment management,system optimization, improvement of operation and other specific solutions, Plugging shutdown to reduce 12 times ,the shortage of fuel stop reduced by 7 times,4 times of water wall leakage stopping reducing,economizer leakage stopping reduced 3 times, 14 times the impact of downtime reduction in power grid.
