摘要
电子液压制动系统的可靠性和安全性对行车安全至关重要,为提高它的安全性和可靠性,设计了一种电子液压制动系统失效保护设计的结构方案,通过AMESim验证了方案的可行性后,基于ISO262622对系统方案的电子电控单元进行失效分析,对电子电控单元的ECU,电机,传感器进行功能性安全设计,让整个系统达到ASIL D评级要求。最后用实验手段验证方案的可行性和所做功能安全设计有效性,结果表明该功能安全设计符合制动法规要求,证明该设计是有效的。
Electro-hydraulic braking system is essential for the safety and reliability of the traffic safety,in order to improve its safety and reliability,a structure scheme of backup design of the electro-hydraulic brake system was proposed. Its feasibility was verified by AMESim. The possible failure of the system failure of electronic control unit was analyzed based on ISO26262. The functional safety was designed for the subsystems ECU,motor,sensors of the control unit,allowing the entire systems to compliant with ASIL D evaluation. At last,the feasibility of the scheme and the validity of the functional safety design were demonstrated by experimental means. The results show that the design is in accordance with the requirements of the braking regulations,which proves that functional safety designs are effective.
