摘要
文中介绍了一种GIS用三工位操动机构,首先重点对三工位操动机构的核心圆柱凸轮做了详细的理论分析设计,然后通过MATLAB和Solidworks软件进行圆柱凸轮的虚拟样机仿真设计,最后对圆柱凸轮进行了参数优化和理论验证。文中设计的三工位操动机构通过了高压电气类产品的所有试验验证,完全满足使用要求。
This paper introduces a kind of three position operating mechanism, which has been used in GIS. First, the core of the cylindrical CAM in the three position operating mechanism has been focused on, analyzed and designed in detail. Second, based on MATLAB and Solidworks, the cylindrical CAM has been designed with the method of virtual prototype simulation. At last, the parameter optimization and the theory verification for the cylindrical CAM has been carried out. The design of three position operating mechanism is verified by the tests of high voltage electrical products. This operating mechanism fully meets the requirement.
