摘要
[目的]为研究苹果地上部的生长发育提供参考。[方法]以‘富士’ב特拉蒙’杂交后代的柱型和非柱型株系茎尖为试材,对2种株系苹果茎尖进行茎尖培养、扩繁培养、生根培养,茎尖萌发培养基为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,扩繁培养基为MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,生根培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA,并在适宜条件下移到水培完全营养液中对2种树型苹果的根部性状进行了比较。[结果]柱型苹果成活率较高,染菌率较低,增殖系数高,根的生根率、生长速度、主根长度和侧根数量均优于非柱型苹果。[结论]柱型性状是苹果育种上可利用的优良性状之一。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide references for the growth of over-ground parts of apple. [ Method] Taking the shoot tips of the columnar and standard apple of ' Fuji' x ' Telamon' offsprings as test materials, the shoot tips of columnar and standard apple were used to make the shoot tip culture, propagation culture and the rooting culture. The germination medium of shoot tip was MS + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L NAA,the propagation medium was MS + 1. 0 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L NAA and the rooting medium was MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA + 0.5 mg/L IBA. And they were transferred in the complete hydroponic nutrient solution under the appropriate condi- tions and the traits of roots of columnar and standard apple trees were compared. [ Result ] The survival rate, bacterial contamination rate, multiplication coefficient, rooting rate, growth rate, root length and number of lateral roots of columnar apple trees were higher than that of standard apple. [ Conclusion ] The columnar traits of apple could be used as a fine character in apple breeding.
