摘要
云南省是中国重要的花椒种植区域,花椒栽培历史悠久。通过对云南省发展花椒产业的战略意义、产业发展现状、存在问题及产业发展优势进行调研和分析,找出了产业发展所存在的问题,提出了加强花椒良种选育、丰产栽培技术、花椒品质及活性成分研究,培育高原特色的"云椒"品牌与增加科技投入等云南花椒产业发展的对策和建议。
With long cultivation history, Yunnan province is an important area for planting Zanthoxylum bungea-hum in the whole country. Through analysis of its strategic significance of developing Zanthoxylum bungeanum in-dustry in Yunnan province, the present situation and existing problems were also studied. Relevant countermeas-ures and suggestions on improvement of breeding, how to use high-yield cultivation techniques, improvement ofthe quality and further study on active ingredient are put frowarded in order to cultivate the local brand for the de-velopment of Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry in Yunnan province.
