摘要
自20世纪90年代以后,繁文缛节逐渐成为西方公共管理研究的重要议题,并且在近几年又涌现出许多新的研究成果。为进一步把握该领域前沿研究动向,为我国学者在该领域的研究提供参考,论文基于Web of Science数据库,以2012—2014年为时间节点,对以繁文缛节为主题的代表性SSCI论文进行追踪,概述了繁文缛节的概念化研究、跨部门对比研究、影响研究、来源与剪除研究、超越繁文缛节研究五大前沿主题,并简要评述了当前该领域研究的特点及缺点,提出了本土化研究的愿景。
Red Tape has been a major research topic in Western public administration since the 1990s. Recently,even more empirical and normative red tape studies are emerging. In order to provide references for Chinese researchers,this article reviews some representative SSCI papers about red tape published from 2012 to 2014,and then explores five cutting- edge research themes. The research themes include; concept,difference,impact,origin and tradeoff of red tape,and the last is how to explore beyond red tape. Although red tape studies have progressed,there are still many areas that need more research. Finally,the most urgent need is applying red tape research outcomes to the Chinese experience.
