摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机法将70例患者分为治疗组40例,对照组30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤。结果:治疗组心绞痛疗效、心电图的疗效、血脂指标的改善均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛能提高临床疗效。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on CHD angina. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group for 40 cases and the control group for 30 cases. The control group received the conventional western medicine. The treatment group were treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more. Results： Angina, electrocardiogram and blood lipid indicators in the treatment group were improved and higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of angina pectoris.
