除草剂对新疆紫草无菌苗生长及变异的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用两种除草剂进行浸泡处理,考察了处理方法、浓度、时间及温度对新疆紫草幼苗及无菌苗的影响。氨磺灵点涂适宜浓度为5.0mg/L,其成活率和变异率分别为47.0%和60.0%;氨磺灵浓度为1.0mg/L、浸泡12h、处理温度为20℃时,无菌苗成活率、茎尖萌发率及变异率均最高;变异株的保卫细胞长度、宽度、气孔长度分别较对照增加幅度最大分别达32.74%,19.85%,90.92%,变异株的气孔密度较对照减少幅度最大达73.94%。氟乐灵处理的气孔密度较氨磺灵大。除草剂对新疆紫草无菌苗具有明显抑制作用,采用除草剂诱变可以获得大量变异株。 The two kinds of herbicide were used for soaking treatment to investigate the influence of immersion method,concentration and temperature on Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst seedlings and aseptic seedlings of Xinjiang.The adaptive concentration of drop spreading with oryzalin was 5.0mg/L,survival rate of the Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst aseptic seedlings and variation rate were 47.0% and 60.0%respectively;the concentration of oryzalin was 1.0mg/L.When they were soaked for 12 h,treatment temperature was 20 ℃,the survival rate,germination rate of stem tip were the highest;The length,width of variant strains guard cell,stomatal length increased by 32.47%,19.85%,90.92% respectively,compared with that of control.The stomatal density of variant strains were less than that of control by 73.94%.The stomatal density of trifluralin were greater than that of oryzalin.Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst seedlings were significantly inhibited by Herbicides.Herbicide mutagenesis produced a large number of variant strains.
