摘要
文章介绍了某石化公司炼油厂220万t/a延迟焦化装置焦炭塔的结构特点和制造特点,该塔外形尺寸在同类型设备中据亚洲之首。分析该焦炭塔的制造难点和安装要点。阐述该设备不同部位的组装、焊接、耐蚀堆焊、无损检测、热处理等现场制造的工艺要点和关键控制措施。实践证明,所采用的制造工艺及所制定的控制措施是有效的,该焦炭塔的制造质量符合相应设计文件和相关技术标准规范要求;合理的法兰堆焊工艺和堆焊焊接顺序,较好地解决堆焊后法兰口椭圆度和整体收缩较大的问题。对类似设备的现场制造具有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces the structure and manufacturing characteristics of coke tower in 2.2 Mt/a delayed coking unit in a refinery plant of certain petrochemical company.The size of the tower is the biggest among the same type of equipment in Asia.The paper analyzes the manufacturing difficulties and the key installation points of the coke tower.It expatiates on the process points and key control measures for field manufacturing of various parts of the equipment such as assembling,welding,corrosion resistance and surfacing welding,NDT and heat treatment.Practice has proved that the adopted manufacturing process and formulated control measures are effective.The manufacturing quality of the coke tower accords with the standards of the corresponding design documents and relevant technical standard requirements.The reasonable flange surfacing welding technology and surfacing welding sequence have better solved the problems of big flange mouth ovality and overall shrinkage.This provides certain reference for the field manufacturing of similar equipment.
