摘要 目的:测定垂体前叶肾上腺皮质提取物注射液中高分子物质。方法:采用TSK GEL 2000SWXL色谱柱(7.8 mm×300 mm,5μm),以三氟乙酸-乙腈-水(0.05∶35∶65)为流动相;流速为0.5 ml·min-1;检测波长为214 nm。结果:3批垂体前叶肾上腺皮质提取物注射液的高分子物质含量均在1%以下。结论:该方法简单、重现性好,可以作为控制垂体前叶肾上腺皮质提取物注射液中高分子物质的方法。 Objective:To determinate the substances with high molecular weight in porcine anterior pituitary and adrenal cortex extracts injection. Methods:The HPLC analysis was performed on a TSK-GEL G2000SWXL(7. 8 mm × 300 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase of trifluoroacetic acid-acetonitrile-water(0. 05:35:65). The flow rate was 0. 5 ml·min-1, and the detection wave-length was 214 nm. Results:The substances with high molecular weight in porcine anterior pituitary and adrenal cortex extracts injec-tion was below 1%. Conclusion:The method is simple and repeatable, which can be used for the control of the substances with high molecular weight in porcine anterior pituitary and adrenal cortex extracts injection.
