摘要
多糖具有多种生物活性,在生物体内起着重要作用,现已成为国内外众多学科领域研究的热点之一。总结了活性多糖的结构、分类以及生物活性等,阐述了活性多糖的生物功能,包括抗病毒、抗肿瘤、降血脂、提高免疫力等,分析其研究现状,并对活性微生物多糖的研究进行了展望,以期为生物活性多糖的研究利用提供一定的理论基础。
Polysaccharide with a variety of biological activity plays an important role in the body,it has become one of the hot areas of research of many disciplines at home and abroad. From the aspects of the structure,classification and biological activity of polysaccharides and other research status of polysaccharides were summarized, polysaccharides as an important class of biologically active substances with anti-viral, anti-cancer,lowering blood pressure,improving the immune system and other biological functions. The research status of bioactive polysaccharide was analyzed,and the study of active microbial polysaccharides was discussed, so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the use of the research on bioactive polysaccharide.
