摘要
目的 外科手术切口感染在外科系统医院感染中占首位 ,对外科手术切口感染的影响因素进行调查 ,为术后感染的控制提供参考。方法 以出院病历和专家手术记录为依据进行分析。结果 7年来 ,医院外科手术切口感染率为3 4 6 % ,病人的年龄、手术大小、手术持续时间、手术切口类型及病人术后抗生素使用种类等是造成住院病人手术切口感染的主要影响因素。结论 只要能注意影响切口感染的因素 。
Objective Incision infection after operation is the first cause among hospital infection disease, in order to control hospital infection, influenling factors of incision infetion after operation were investigated. Methods An alysis was based on in-hospital records and operation records. Results For seven years, the rate of incision infection was 3.46%, patient's age, operaction type, operation persisting time, incision type, antibiotics using were significent factors related to occurence of incision infection after operation. Conclusion Incision operation can be controled, we should pay more attention to the factors which influencing it's occurence.
