摘要
研究生创新能力评价是检验研究生教育工作的重要手段之一。文章在剖析研究生创新能力内涵的基础上,构建高校研究生创新能力评价初选指标。运用群组决策特征根法(GEM)对研究生创新能力评价初选指标的重要性和关键性进行识别,筛选出研究生创新能力评价指标体系,为我国高校研究生教育质量的测度和评价提供了新思路。
The postgraduates＇ innovation ability evaluation is one of the important means to test the graduate education work. Through analyses the connotation of graduate students＇ innovation ability, this paper builds up Postgraduates Innovation Ability Evaluation index primaries, using the GEM to recognize the criticality and importance of graduate innovation ability evaluation index primary, screening out the evaluation index system of innovation ability of graduate students in universities, provides a new ideas to measure and evaluate the level of education of graduate students.
