摘要
教师专业成长与以专家引领、同伴互助和自我实践与反思为主要形式的教学研究活动(包括新教师培训、在职教师培训)有密切关系,不仅关系到基础教育改革和新课程的实施能否成功,而且也关系到一线教师能否提高教学质量.调查表明粤北农村初中数学教师专业素养不断提高,专业成长价值认识明确.但专业技能和教科研能力有待提升,学习理念、方式有待改进;应着力更新观念,搭建专业平台,提升专业水平,凸显专业成长.
The teacher professional growth is a teaching and research activity,which takes the experts leading,colleague cooperating and self reflection as the main forms,including the new teacher training,there is a close relationship between the in-service teacher training,not only related to the implementation of the new curriculum reform of basic education and also related to the teachers improvement of the quality of education.The investigation shows that the rural middle school teacher professional literacy continues to increase,the professional growth of value clear.But the atmosphere of learning,learning motivation and teaching research capacity needs to be improved,learning needs to be improved;efforts should be made to update the concept,attitude;aprofessional platform should be built,the professional level should be enhanced,the professional growth should be highlighted.
