摘要
目的:探索中医医院人力资源管理的新模式,提高中医医疗人员的服务质量,为广大群众提供优质的中医医疗服务。方法:参考论著及相关文献,融合国外JCI标准中关于医院员工资格与教育的相关要求,结合中医医院人力资源管理的实际情况,提出中医医院人力资源管理的新模式。结果:通过融合JCI标准中的相关要求,在理论上能够很好的提高中医医院人力资源管理的效率。结论:结合JCI标准与中医医院的实际情况,是改善中医医院人力资源管理的有效方法。
Objective: To explore a new mode of human resource management in Chinese Traditional Medicine hospital, to improve the service quality of traditional Chinese medical personnel, and provide medical service for the masses of Chinese Medicine quality. Methods: According to reference books, literature, the relevant requirements on hospital staff qualification and education in the integration of foreign JCI standard and the actual situation of the human resource management of Hospital of TCM, the new mode of human resource management of TCM hospital was put forward. Results: Through the relevant require-ments of fusion in the JCI standard, it can be very good to improve the efficiency of human resources management of the hos-pital of TCM in theory. Conclusion: It is an effective way to improve the human resource management of TCM hospital, accord-ing the actual situation of JCI standard and Chinese medicine hospital.
