摘要
目的:观察并探讨针灸与康复联合治疗对不同程度脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选择我院接受治疗的96例SCI患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为2组,各48例。治疗组接受针灸联合康复治疗,对照组接受常规治疗。评价两组患者症状改善程度以及ASIA得分情况。结果:治疗组有效率为97.9%(47/48),对照组为83.3%(40/48),两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后ASIA得分较对照组高,其中不完全SCI患者比较最为明显,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,在SEP潜伏期方面,治疗前两组患者异常例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组异常例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合康复疗法可改善SCI患者症状,提高SCI患者生活质量。
Objective： To observe and explore the application value of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in treating pa-tients with different levels of SCI. Method： The 96 patients with SCI were divided into two groups according to different treat-ments they accepted, each 48 cases. Patients in the treatment group received acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy, and the control group received routine treatment. The degree of symptoms improvement and the score of ASIA in the two groups were evaluated. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment group was 97.9%; while control group was 83.3%; the total thera-peutic effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）. For the score of ASIA, the treatment group is better than the control group（P 0.05）, especially the patients of incomplete SCI. For the incubation period of SEP, compared with the control group, the difference was no statistically significant before the treatment（ P0.05）; and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Treatment with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy for patients with SCI will help to improve the symptoms and the quality of life of the patients.
