摘要
在长期理论研究和实践探索的基础上,力图构建中国的健康体育课程模式,旨在通过这一课程模式的实施,增进学生的身心健康;主要阐述了健康体育课程模式的目的和理念、理论基础、结构和内涵等,强调重视从学习目标的设置、教学内容的选择、教学方法的实施、学习评价的运用等各个环节都要围绕增进学生的身心健康来展开。特别强调通过体育教育教学解决中国学生身心健康问题的关键是,每一堂体育课给予学生持续运动的时间应占一堂课总时间的75%以上;不管是运动技能的学习还是体能的练习都要保证学生达到适宜的运动负荷;每一堂课的运动技能学习时间保证在20 min左右,专门的体能练习时间10 min左右;运动技能的学习以活动和比赛为主。
Based on long theoretical and practical research,this study aimed to construct a Chinese physical education and health curriculum model for students' physical and mental health. This paper expounded its goal,concept,theoretical foundation,structure,and content. Goal setting,teaching content choice,teaching method implementation,and learning evaluation have to surround students' physical and mental health. The key to solve students' physical and mental problem through physical education teaching is that 75% class time should left for students' continuous exercise. Make sure students have appropriate exercise load in skill learning or physical fitness practice. And there must have 20 minutes for exercise skill learning and 10 minutes physical fitness practice.Exercise skill learning should focus on activity and competition.
