敦煌阳关自然保护区湿地植物群落数量分类和排序 被引量:12

Quantitative classification and ordination of plant communities in the Dunhuang Yangguan Nature Reserve Wetland

摘要 研究敦煌阳关自然保护区内湿地植物群落的数量分类,给保护区湿地生态恢复和植物多样性保护提供具有实践价值的参考依据。采用野外调查结合TWINSPAN数量分类法和DCA排序方法对阳关保护区湿地植物群落进行多元分析,结果表明:TWINSPAN分类将阳关保护区湿地的29种植物种划分为8个主要植物群落,且各群落内的植物种之间具有相似的生境;DCA排序图第1轴明显反映了土壤含水量梯度,而植被群落类型在DCA第2轴上变化所指示的环境特征不如第1轴明显;TWINSPAN分类与DCA排序结果基本吻合,同时DCA排序结果进一步验证了TWINSPAN分类结果的合理性,能够有效地解释阳关保护区湿地植物种分布的稀疏性。 Numerical classification of wetland plant communities is studied in the Dunhuang Yangguan Nature Reserve, offering valuable references for restoration of wetland and conservation of plant diversity. Wetland plant communities in the Yangguan Reserve are classified using the Two-way indicator species analysis(TWINSPAN), and Detrended Correspondence Analysis(DCA). The results show that the 29 species in the Yangguan Reserve Wetland can be classified into eight communities by TWINSPAN, and their habitats are similar. The first axis of DCA ordination obviously expresses the gradients of soil humidity, while the second implies that the environmental factors are insignificant. The results of TWINSPAN are corresponding to those of DCA, and the results of DCA further validate the rationality of TWINSPAN classification, indicating the wetland plant species are sparse patches in the Yangguan Reserve.
