摘要
目的预注地佐辛在全麻苏醒期中的应用。方法选取美国麻醉医师协会ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期全麻手术患者80例,通过完全随机方法分为地佐辛组(D组,n=40)和对照组(C组,n=40)。于手术结束前15 min给予地佐辛0.2 mg/kg和生理盐水2 ml。观察患者苏醒期的躁动评分;记录拔管前(T0)、拔管时(T1)、拔管后5 min(T2)、10 min(T3)、15 min(T4)的MAP、HR、Sp O2及不良反应发生率。结果 D组苏醒期的躁动评分明显低于C组(P〈0.05);D组各观察时间点MAP和HR与C组比较显著降低(P〈0.05);不良反应无统计学意义。结论0.2 mg/kg地佐辛可维持苏醒期循环系统稳定,减少躁动发生率,不良反应少。
Objective The application of dezocine injection ahead of time in the awakening period of general anesthesia.Methods Selecting 80 cases of patients with general anesthesia in the American society of anesthesiologists ASAⅠ ~ Ⅱundergoing elective surgery,dividing them into to dezocine groups( group D,n = 40) and the compared group( group C,n = 40). Giving 0. 2 mg / kg dezocine and 2 ml saline 15 min before the end of surgery. Observing awakening period of agitation score of patients. Recording the incidence of adverse reactions for before extubation( T0),the tube drawing( T1),5 min after extubation( T2),10 min( T3),15 min( T4) MAP,HR,Sp O2. Results The awakening period of agitation score in group D is lower than that in group C( P〈0. 05); All the observation time point MAP and HR of group D decreases significantly( P〈0. 05) compared with that of group C; The adverse reactions has no statistical significance. Conclusion 0. 2 mg / kg dezocine can maintain the awakening period circulation system stability,reduce the incidence of restlessness,cause less adverse reaction.
