摘要
随着"一带一路"国家战略的实施,高校国际化人才培养遇到了新的挑战。笔者认为,"一带一路"战略对国际化人才的需要不仅仅体现在语言技能上,更多的是反映在全面、复合型的特点上,传统体制中存在的国际化人才培养的"非系统"现象制约了国际化人才培养质量;提出运用"系统思维"进行"系统创新"以破解国际化人才培养的难题。最后,文章构建了涉及"人才进口——过程培育——成才出口"三个基本环节、六个方面密切联系的国际化人才培养框架体系,以期提升高校国际化人才培养质量,增加"一带一路"战略进程中我国的"软性人才"储备。
Along with the implementation of the national strategy of the＂Belt and Road Initiative＂, the international talent training in colleges and universities has met new challenges. This paper considers that the demand of the＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ is not only for the language talents, but also for the comprehensive and compound international talents. So the paper puts forward to use the ＂systematic thinking＂ to promote the ＂systematic innovation＂ in order to solve the problem in training international talents. Then the paper constructs the framework system of international talents training which involves three basic links and six aspects, so as to improve the quality of international personnel training and increase the ＂soft talent＂ reserve for the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂.
