Leakage detection and repair technology for volatile organic compounds from petrochemical enterprises

摘要 设备与管阀件泄漏是石化企业最主要的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)无组织排放源。介绍了一种VOCs的减排技术,即设备管线组件的泄漏检测与修复技术(LDAR),分析了LDAR技术在国内外的技术现状及相关法规标准。在国外实施经验的基础上,我国选取试点企业,在企业内成功开展LDAR工作,这为LDAR技术的普及使用和制定VOCs减排政策提供了依据。 The leakage of equipment and pipe valve is the largest fugitive emission sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) for petrochemical enterprises. In this study, a leakage detection and repair (LDAR) technology, a VOCs emission control technology, is introduced. The current status of LDAR technology at home and abroad and the related legal regulations and standards are also analyzed. Based on the experience of foreign enterprises, the application of LDAR is implemented in China by selecting representative enterprises, which provides evidence for widespread use of LDAR technology and development of VOCs emission reduction policy in the future.
