摘要
淅川位于河南省西南部,分别与湖北、陕西两省接壤。地理位置重要,文化积淀丰厚。淅川是南水北调中线渠首所在地,亚洲最大人工淡水湖——丹江口水库环绕该县大部分区域。这里在先秦时期曾一度属于楚国管辖范围,楚人在此开发较早,同时也给当地留下众多楚文化遗迹和遗物。20世纪70年代以来,考古工作者分别在淅川丹江水库库区下寺、和尚岭、徐家岭、毛坪、吉岗等地发现了数以千计的楚墓群,出土了数以万计的楚文物。
Located in the southwest of Henan Province, Xichuan once belonged to Chu in the early Qin Dynasty, where a lot of Chu cultural relics could be found.
