摘要
基于两轮V带疲劳失效测试,通过不同的机械结构和测试装置实现对三轮、四轮传动方式的疲劳失效和相关参数检测。并通过改变测试带轮的方式实现同步带、圆带等不同传动带的疲劳破坏测试。解决了目前关于V带性能检测方法落后和测试项目单一问题,实现一台设备检测多种性能参数,降低测试设备成本。
The research was based on V- belt fatigue failure test of two belt wheels,then the detection of fatigue failure and related parameters for 3 /4- belt wheel transmission was carried out through different mechanical structure and testing device. And the transmission belt fatigue test of synchronous belt,round belt was realized by changing the belt wheel mode.The problems that the detection method is backward and testing covers only partial items at present are solved,and a variety of performance parameters of detection can be done by one equipment with lower cost of equipment.
