摘要
花卉类植物的抗逆环境能力较强,生长周期较短、生物量较大;利用花卉类植物修复重金属污染土壤,有效避免了食物链循环效应对人体健康的潜在威胁,因此,该修复技术的安全性较好、实用性较强.通过盆栽试验研究Pb/Cd复合污染对金盏菊(Calendula officinalis L)幼苗生长状况的影响,同时考察土壤持水量对Pb/Cd富集行为的影响.研究发现:污染胁迫条件下,金盏菊幼苗的出苗率都维持在45%以上;黄土Pb/Cd对金盏菊生物量的影响不大,金盏菊幼苗的生长过程能够一定程度上改良黄土理化性质.通过扫描电镜发现,幼苗根部较空白对照组发生显著改变,以适应重金属的复合胁迫作用.此外,过高或过低的土壤持水量都不利于金盏菊幼苗对Pb/Cd的吸收积累,根部是金盏菊幼苗积累Cd的主要部位,且金盏菊幼苗对黄土中Cd的萃取能力较强.
Having a short grow th periodicity and a strong enrichment in biomass ,the adaption to adverse environment of ornamental plants is quite strong ,and the circulatory effect of food chain ,a potential threat to human health ,could be effectively avoided w hen using ornamental plants to restore contaminated soil with heavy metal ,so this technology are proved security and practicability .The pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of Pb/Cd com‐bined pollution on the grow th of Calendula officinalis L and the effect of soil moisture on the bioaccumulation behavior of the seedlings .The results indicated that the emergence rate remained 45% or more under the contamination condition ,the lead/cadmium in loess had a little effect on the biomass of Calendula officinalis L ,and the grow th process of seedlings could improve partly physical and chemical properties of contaminated loess .Compared with the CK ,the root morphology of seedlings was significantly changed by SEM so that Calendu‐la officinalis L can be applied to the combined stress of the heavy metals .Moreover ,it was unfavorable to the absorption and bioaccumulation of Pb/Cd if the soil moisture were too low or too high ,the root is the main organ for absorbing and accumulating cadmium ,and the ex‐traction ability of seedlings on cadmium was quite strong .
