摘要
文章基于对中国热带农业科学院湛江院区青年科技人员的工作、生活情况进行的调查和分析,发现青年科技人员具有对工作自主性的盼望、对知识更新的欲望、对健康科研氛围的渴望和对改善物质条件的希望等需求特征,提出了青年科技人员应加强培育以社会主义核心价值观为基础的科学精神、制定符合青年科技人员特征的人才政策并落到实处的建议。
Based on the survey and analysis on basic status of work and life of young science and technology talents in Zhanjiang Branch of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, it was found that their demand characteristics including self dependency in work,requirement of knowledge renewal, desire for better scientific research atmosphere and hope for material improvement. At last, it was suggested that young science and technology talents should be breeding by scientific spirit based on socialism core value point, and personnel policy should be setting up according to their characteristics and these policies should be carried out thoroughly.
