摘要
采用高频往复试验机考察了环烷酸在超低硫柴油燃料中的摩擦学性能,利用EDS能谱对磨斑表面微观形貌及组成进行了扫描分析,并探讨了环烷酸的润滑机理。试验结果表明:环烷酸在超低硫燃料中的溶解性较好,能够有效改善超低硫柴油的润滑性能;当环烷酸添加量为100μg/g以上时,可满足车用柴油对润滑性的要求。EDS能谱结果表明,空白油样磨斑表面未发现O元素,而100μg/g环烷酸的磨斑表面中出现了O元素,其质量分数为6.56,原子百分数为10.39。
Naphthenic acids were used as lubricity improvers in diesel fuel. Friction and wear steel against steel lubricated by super-low sulfur diesel fuel with and without naphthenic acids were evaluated on the high frequency reciprocating rig(HFRR). The morphologies and element distribution of the worn steel surfaces were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy. The lubricating mechanism of naphthenic acids was discussed. It was found that the naphthenic acids had a good lubricity as lubricity improver of super-low sulfur diesel fuel. With the concentration of naphthenic acids above 100 μg/g, the requirements of lubricity could be approached as diesel fuel in engines. EDS spectrum found that oxygen appeared on the worn surface lubricated by the fuel containing 100 μg/g naphthenic acids and its mass fraction was 6.56 %, while oxygen was not found on worn surface lubricated by fuel without naphthenic acids.
