摘要
巴东Ms5.1地震是三峡水库蓄水后发生的最大震级的地震,本文从多角度对此次地震的成因机制进行了探讨。使用VELEST程序对巴东Ms5.1地震序列进行了重新定位,结果显示,地震序列呈近EW向分布。根据小震丛集性原则,使用305次余震的精确定位结果对地震发震断层面参数进行反演,得到巴东Ms5.1地震断层面的走向、倾向和倾角分别为265.5°,85°和-120.7°,并对其构造环境进行了分析。
On December 16, 2013, a magnitude 5.1 earthquake, the largest earthquake recorded since impoundment, occurred in Badong County. For a better understanding of the seismic activities in this area, we analyzed the seismogenic structure combining with focal mechanism solution, relocation of the aftershock sequence and the geologic settings in the region. Precise earthquake relocation shows that the earthquake sequence is distributed along NEE direction. According to the principle of small earthquakes cluster, we inversed the parameters of fault plane to obtain the strike, dip and rake angles of fault plane which are 265.5°, 85° and - 120. 7° respectively. Then we analyzed the tectonic environment of Badong Ms5.1 earthquake.
