摘要
国内实行建筑设计制度多年,但建筑设计与建筑管理分离、建筑设计缺乏民众参与。文章以建筑设计与建筑管理功能与定位,找寻相关问题点,分析我国建筑设计及建筑管理各自功能与定位,并探讨国内建筑设计及建筑管理法令间的竞争及整合机制效用。
The domestic implementation of architectural design system for many years,but the architectural design and construction management,construction design,the lack of public participation.This paper intends to explore the construction design and construction management functions and positioning,to find the relevant issues,analysis of the architectural design and construction management of their respective functions and positioning.To discuss the competition and the effect of the integration mechanism between domestic architectural design and architectural management act.
