摘要
介绍了应用于某冷轧厂连退线6辊CVC平整机上的SI-FLAT板形仪的工作原理和使用情况。现场实践表明:SIFLAT非接触式板形仪通过检测带钢振幅获得板形信息,设备自身对测量结果准确性影响较小。在检测过程中,带钢与测量元件不接触,避免了对带钢表面质量的影响。因此,更适用于高端汽车家电板生产线。同时,针对SI-FIAT板形仪存在的薄板板形检测失效、厚板下表面划伤、目标曲线单一等问题,进行了设备改造和参数优化,进一步提高了板形仪的使用效果。
The working principle of SI-FLAT non-contact shape meter and its application in a 6-high CVC skin pass mill of a CAL were introduced.Practical applications indicated that non-contact flatness shape meter obtained strip flatness messages by using the amplitude signal,so the affection of device itself on the measurements accuracy was less.In the processing,the strip did not contacted with measuring device,so it had no influence on strip surface quality.Therefore,it was more suitable for high-quality auto sheet production appliances.For the problem of signal loss during detecting thin strip and scratch on thick strip bottom surface,some equipments were modified and relative parameters were optimized.Then the target flatness curves were also optimized.
