摘要
逆向工程技术和3D打印技术的结合,解决了现有产品在设计中升级或局部调整等问题,已成为产品创新设计中的重要方法。文中就这一现状,以产品创新设计中原始产品信息扫描、新型产品创新建模、3D打印快速成型及设计效果综合评估等4个阶段的特质为依据,通过设计实例验证了逆向工程技术与3D打印技术相结合进行产品快速设计与开发的优势。
The combination of reverse engineering technology and 3D printing technology has solved the problems of upgrading and local adjustment of existing products, which has become an important method in product innovation design.According to the current situation, based on the characteristics of the four stages of original product information scanning, new product innovation modeling, 3D printing rapid prototyping and design effect integrated evaluation, the advantages on design and development of the combination of reverse engineering technology and 3D printing technology were verified by design examples.
