摘要
用自制的WJ-454A疏水剂对以正硅酸乙酯为硅源、在常温常压下制得的SiO_2气凝胶进行改性,得到疏水性SiO_2气凝胶。将其与助剂配合,添加苯丙乳液为成膜物质,制备了透明隔热涂层。实验结果表明,疏水剂的加入有效改善了SiO_2气凝胶粒子团聚,增强了涂层的透明性,所得涂层可见光透过率>85%,在碘钨灯照射下透明隔热玻璃与空白玻璃的模拟温差为10.2℃,可广泛用于建筑、船舶和汽车玻璃,具有良好的节能效果。
A SiO2 aerogel prepared at ambient temperature and pressure using the ethyl silicate as silicon source was modified by self-made WJ-454A hydrophobie agent to form a SiO2 aerogel with hydrophobic property. Using styrene acrylic emulsion as film-forming material, the modified SiO2 aerogel was mixed with additives to form a transparent thermal insulation coating. The experimental results showed that the hydrophobic agent could effectively inhibit the aggregation of SiO2 aerogel particles and improve the transparency of coating. Moreover, the cured coating showed visible light transmittance higher than 85%. The simulation experiment of temperature difference under the irradiation of iodine tungsten lamp showed that the temperature difference between transparent thermal insulation glass and uncoated glass as control sample was 10. 2 ℃, indicating that the prepared thermal insulation coating could be widely used in glass for construction, ship and automobile, with excellent energy saving effect.
