摘要
从炼油废水活性污泥中筛选出1株能降解苯酚的异养硝化菌株Y3,经生理生化实验及16S r DNA序列分析鉴定其为鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii)。该菌降解苯酚的适宜温度为30℃、摇床转速为150r·min-1、培养基初始p H值为为8.0;在优化条件下,菌株Y3经11.5h的培养,可将质量浓度为508.47mg·L-1的苯酚完全降解;菌株Y3对1000mg@L-1的苯酚,55h的降解率为100%。
A phenol heterotrophic nitrifier Y3 was isolated from the activated sludge of petrochemical wastewa- ter treatment system. It was identified as a member of the genus Acinetobacter baumannii according to its morphy- ological and physiological properties and the analysis of its 16S rDNA gene sequence. The optimal conditions for phenol removing are as follows: temperature 30℃, skaking speed 150r.min-1, pH 8.0. Under this conditions, phe- nol can be decreased from 508.47mg .L-1 to 0mg.L-1 after 11.5h, and phenol could be decomposed completely when phenol concentration was 1000mg.L-1.
